Body Tuning

“Body Tuning” is a gentle approach to contemporary dance. Students and participants are guided through specific images, sensations, and task based improvisations that encourage an integrated awareness of the whole self, as well as simple, physical phrases to challenge the memory. The  main focus of the class is to experience the potential and power of the body with presence, confidence, and joy. This class is open to all levels and has been offered in community centers, festivals, workshops, and schools.
